Jose Leon is the leader of the performance and as well the fastest flamenco dancer in the world! Five years ago he beat two earlier world records and became the fastest flamenco dancer per minute and per second! 1068 strikes with the shoes per minute and 27 - per second! Unbelievable! Besides, Jose Leon is the only flamenco dancer in the world who strikes not only on his heels but as well on his tiptoes.
Jose Leon was born in the south of Spain, in Cordoba. He began to study flamenco and classical dance when he was only four. He was teached by such famous flamenco teachers like Concha Calero, Mario Maya, Matilde Coral, Manolo Marin, Mariquilla and etc. At the age of ten he continued his studies of flamenco in Seville and Granada. Two years later his first performance impressed the critics and they promised him a great future. At the age of fourteen he opened his school of flamenco where every year studied more than 250 pupils. Jose Leon often participated in the most prestigious competitions of flamenco and always won the first prizes . He created a lot of wonderful performances that have been on the stage in the most popular flamenco halls of Spain.
The performance took part in the most popular TV programs in Spain and abroad : in Italy, Check Republic, Poland and Ukraine.
